Remuneration Structure Model

Together, JE Leader Online and the MHR Remuneration Structure Model provide a highly cost effective and efficient means of developing and managing remuneration structures.

Subscribers to the MHR Remuneration Service can now use JE Leader Online results to rapidly develop and maintain banded remuneration structures which combine internal relativities (from JE Leader) and external market values (from our remuneration databases).

You can select:

  • A specific market comparison (e.g. All organisations, Asset group, Industry)
  • A specific market stance (Median, Upper Quartile, Lower Quartile)
  • Number of Bands

The Remuneration Structure Model automatically generates a draft structure based on user selections which can then be refined by the user to create the final structure.  This can then be stored within the secure MHR site, for later retrieval and update.  

You can create multiple structures to cater for different groups within your organisation. Each structure can then be saved and updated readily within the MHR Remuneration Service environment.
